//The services included one type of practice that originated from the United States called Namaste CareTM, which incorporated pursuing of spiritual needs, elements of quiet comfort, multisensory stimulation, and massage to alleviate symptoms and enhance the overall quality of life for the elderly.

Chow (Professor Amy Chow, Si Yuan Professor Health and Social Work,University of Hong Kong, said that the service provided by the care home offered families an alternative that was different from having their elderly loved ones suffer in hospital during their final stages of life.//
