Service Charge

The charges are calculated on a monthly basis. Assessment fee is $1200.

If you successfully move in after the assessment, the assessment fee will be refunded in full.

Remarks:

• If the applicant is a member of a church under the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union, a special discount is available. Check the list of member churches.
• The above fees include electricity, consumable personal hygiene products, first-time weaving label, basic rehabilitation service and basic escort services. For more information, please call 2343-1331.
• The above prices are based on the basic care level. The nursing level will be determined by our professional staff after the assessment. The nursing level is categorized as basic nursing care, intermediate nursing care and advanced nursing care.
• The last update date of the above prices is October 1, 2021.
