While plants grow towards the sun, water flows towards the sea, we move step by step along the route of time, becoming older and older, towards the same destination. Before the arrival, different encounters allow us to choose, feel and think. What does it mean to be alive? How should we live? It may be a long way ahead for a young one, yet for one reaching the twilight years and the edge of life, can the trembling hands and shaking legs still embark on another adventure?

"Living Onwards" is an exhibition of "The Love Prescription" project of The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Kwong Yum Care Home (Integrated Aged Care Service), showcasing the outcomes of a year-long series of workshops with different media, connecting the elderly and the young, through transcending the age gap to reflect on life and death, so as to unfold life stories that have yet to be lingered deeply. When the trees decay and the rain evaporates, let us take a handful, gaze gently, and settle it well.
