The LastPage: Together with Namaste Care™

Recruitment of individuals with a passion for elderly care: The Spiritual Care team (comprising multi-disciplinary professionals such as doctors, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chaplains, and registered aromatherapists) will provide a 30-hour training program for participants to learn and acquire knowledge and skills in end-of-life care.

Cost: Free of Charge

Participants will be provided with 15 hours of internship opportunities and 3 supervision sessions to enhance their service skills and confidence. After successful training, internship, and assessment, selected candidates can be initially promoted to the role of "Spiritual Care Assistant."

Each "Spiritual Care Assistant" is required to provide "Spiritual Care" for 60 hours.

All "Spiritual Care Assistants" must receive at least 3 supervision sessions to enhance their end-of-life care skills and ensure the quality of service.
